Anyone have a photo of wheels like these on a OBS?
I’d like to see how they look before I purchase them?
Mine don’t look like that but here is my set up on my 1994.
Wheels:
16x8 polished
Had the front of the wheel powder coated clear and the inside of the wheel powder coated gloss black. I don’t care for that unfinished look.

Tires:
Toyo Open Country A/T 3 Tires 265/75/16

Suspension: installed new maxtrac 2” front springs.

What are the wheels from? It looks like an aftermarket centercap so there's no way to determine the bolt pattern and there's no way to know if they'll fit without knowing what they are, without backspacing/offset, etc.

So the seller never replied. I am now considering some torq thrust wheels in either 18 or 20's, what wheel sizes should I look for? Ideally I would like to have the same size tires so I can rotate them

These are Ion wheels. My choices were limited due to my old ass bolt pattern. I also went from 15” oem size to 16” wheel size which provided more tire size options

If I'm not mistaken chevy 5 lug has a boatload of wheel options aftermarket wise. Oem is limited on the other hand. What kind of look are you going for?

Yup GM trucks use the 5 on 5" circle pattern for the '71-98 half ton 2wd(C models). Also most of the GM fullsize cars use it, so do some years of Jeep and the mid and late '70s Lincoln. Only caveat with the Lincoln aluminum wheels is they're only 6" wide.
