What cam came stock in 89 K1500?

What cam would have come stock in my 1989 K1500 with the 350 V8? Most listings say it is a hydraulic roller cam with roller lifters and some say it's a flat tapppet cam. Which could it be? Could it be an either/or situation? Also, would a 1.6 roller tip rocker swap be cost and peformance efficient?
