Wait when did I get a cam? HELP!

So today I did the "ultimate TBI" mod to my truck and also tried the "quarter mod" to the fpr...Well after a test drive I decided it didnt make much of a difference and took the quarter out. Now whenever I start my truck is sounds like it has a radical cam for about 10 seconds and then all of a sudden it will idle back to normal.

My truck has a Cold air intake, "ultimate TBI mod", 1" throttle spacer, shorty headers, and a 3" exhaust as far as engine mods go.

Fixed the problem. Ended up being a cracked vacuum hose.
