Does this look normal? Asked a few people and have gotten mixed results. Could this just be a twisted torsion bar or bigger problems?

Yes, they should be straight up and down. Mine was like that a while back.

I have one crooked one and one straight one on mine haha. I set the crooked one in straight when we did the lift kit but under load it went back to that spot. Didn't seem to make a difference, didn't affect ride height.

You're right, it doesn't seem to effect ride height, nor quality. I set mine back straight and it hasn't moved. IDK

When I put the unloading tool on the key I slid the bolt and block back over, then unloaded the tool.

It would take some serious baha'ing to make that an issue. It may have had some "trauma" that put it in that spot in the past, and now its been there so long its going to settle there.
