Got a 1988 Silverado, drivers rear turn signal/hazard light doesn't work, but the parking light works, I'm gonna assume it's something under the dash, any ideas?

Those socket panels that the lights fit into are a known weak spot.
They die & start to do funky things. So common that Dorman makes the replacememnt ones. Fairly reasonable $$$. Don't use used ones.
I've had to replace mine a couple of times over the years. Last time was when BOTH died within a couple of days of each other. Everything worked except for the turn sigs.
Because I have an EP29 flasher, it didn't let me know that they were not working via Hyper-flash. Of course, it was a cop that had to be the one to tell me that they weren't working!
