I was thinking projector as well.

The inside one is a projector, the outside one is LED. I can't tell if those are going to be LED fog lights or turn signals....possibly turn signals since they are yellow. Just wondering if he had some cool LED fog/spot lights up his sleeve.

It's a straight up Retrofit Sir. You can't get anything like that with a PnP LED bulb.
