This is an odd question, I'm new here so I don't know if there's a thread on this or not, just wondering if anyone has had problems with the torsion bars on their trucks and wear someone would buy new ones

They are generally very reliable. If they sag a little snug them up. If they sag again then replace them. One crank up every 200k or so should be fine.

They're like every other piece of steel. Sooner or later, they'll wear out.

This could take a zillion miles. Unlike coils, torsion bars tend to have adjustable mountings that can accommodate some yielding of the steel shaft.

Beyond yielding, they could fail from corrosion or work-hardening. Can't say that either is a common issue.

I bet most torsion bars get scrapped due to bending in a collision.
