Top tether anchors for 2000 gmt400 tahoe

Looking to track down a top tether anchor kit for my tahoe. But part GM 15010137 has been discontinued. Anyone have an idea on where to track one down? No results with any inn stock on Google, and nothing on ebay

Any advice or pics of it would be helpful

Can a later model be used? What exactly is it? Photo?
There is a ton of aftermarket types. They all look adequate. Strong hardware. Estimate front impact say , 5 G's forward, carseat plus plus child, 30 lbs. Times 5 = 150 lbs . Go ultimate 7 G' s, =. 210 lbs. A Lot of these would be acceptable, along as hardware is rated.

I'm not sure exactly what it looks like no pics or instructions I've found. If I saw one I could build like it. Not really any good mounting spots in the back. Maybe it uses seat mounting bolts?
