How'd you lose the trailer?

I had another trailer on the day before and it was a 2 inch ball, i bavked up to this trailer and it just happened to be placed prefectly jnder the hitch so i didnt even look at the ball i hooked a 2 5/16ths hitch on a 2" ball. And i made it 30 miles lol
