I am running 37's on the rough country 6" kit. If you're really worried about comfort, don't put 37's on with just the 6" kit. You have to be cranked way up to do it, which makes it ride a lot worse

If you absolutely want to run 37's I'd go with the dick cepek 6.5" kit. If I remember right it drops the differiential a ful 6.5" and leaves room for you to crank to almost 8"

I was going to go with RC, but I hear AMAZING things about the Dick Cepek 6.5" However, I can't seem to find it anywhere. ):

Yeah, I'm pretty sure its been discontinued...you would have to find a used one if you wanted the Cepek lift. It is considered one of the best though

So this summer I'm going to be looking at a lift, still deciding on either RCX or Cepek... I know I'm not going to run at full crank, cause thats how mine is now and rides like junk, but I was looking at RCX earlier, and all they have for a 6" rear is AAL and block, there's no option to order it with a full leaf pack. Does the Cepek come with a full pack, or same as RCX?? I really don't want to have a mix-matched kit, but I also don't want blocks... Help?? and can someone tell me if I have the Autotrac case?? Mine has the push buttons on the dash... If I do, then it says I need to get a new driveshaft...

so this weekend i should be scoring some 2" lift coils for my tahoe. i know that the stock shocks will be maxed out though. i know they make shock extenders for nbs tahoes but i havent seen any for obs 2wd ones. i dont want to spend about $140 on bilstien 5100 just incase i decide to lower it down the road.

so my questions are..
will nbs front shock extenders work on obs?
for examples these..

or do they make shock extenders for 2wd obs?

im getting my rcx in a few days and i was wondering if the rough country shocks are any good? im getting the hydro ones that come with the 6 inch kit. customer service told me those would be fine because the gas shocks make it to stiff. which shock is recommended for this kit?

If you want really good shocks for a reasonable price bilstein 5100 shocks are awesome. What size tries are you planning to run?
