Yes. If you can though it never hurts to talk him down. I've seen them go for $200

I'd pay $75.00 for that. Looks to be in nice shape. It's been dyed though. That Escalade woodgrain can be covered in a matching or contrasting vinyl. Or that overspray can just be removed.

Looks like the whole console has been. Just from whatever appears to be on the 2-hole piece in front of the cup holders.
The little rubber pieces in those openings are normally black, too.
