You are exactly correct 3 inch bl and 33s. I would go back to stock wheels that I still have laying aroudn from my 98 and put some 35s on em.
The grill needs to be repainted and it would probably be cheaper to repaint than to get a new grill so ya I would keep it. But this is only if this truck drives alright and has no quirks. But the guy only wants 4000 for it with 149xxx miles so we shall see.

Seen it but the way the guy advertises it I feel like it has a bunch of miles plus I can't just drive out to conroe to look at a truck my parents live like 15-20 minutes from there but now I live in College Station for school which is about an hour and half from conroe.
