im pretty sure if you put 5.0 or 5.7 injectors........in place of your 4.3........your going to need to do some performance mods to your motor as well....otherwise its probably going to run extremely rich if it even runs at all.......im not speaking from expirence.....so i could be wrong....maybe somone with more knowledge can chime in

Injectors. GM released 5 sizes of TBI injectors (actually more but those are the important ones) 40lb/hr for the 4.3L and 5L engines, 55lb/hr for 350 engines, 65lb/hr for cop car 350 engines and (80lb/hr and 90lb/hr) for 454 engines. From tbichips.com
