tbi on a ls is essentially a good idea but not at all worth it, tbi will be limiting an ls motor, yes tbi can be had to 450hp no issue but your starting with a n ls which is ahead of the game already use whats suppose to be on there.

with dynamic efi and all those things you have way better range of manipulating the system, where as tbi is shorter ranged and less capable of tuning in certain variable, we already tried this an electrical guru friend wanted to knowing it may not work, we got it to run but tbi vs carb vs ls system the ls system far outweighed it closely followed by the carb setup. we ditched the project because making the tbi work was more costly than getting a nice intake and carb or intake and injector for a lsx setup than anything else.
