Tail Light Wiring Harness

Not sure exactly all of what I need here as I can't find much info about this at all. But my 91 Silverado came without a box / tail lights. And I have a wiring harness that runs to the back and has a 4 prong male plug. So I'm assuming theres a wiring harness that runs from there to the lights, would appreciate pictures so I can verify it looks like it would fit the male end I have.

If you got some pictures that would be great, I am interested. Whoever owned my truck fubared the wires before. I'm looking to also try and rewire my licence plate lights, so if you got pics, I'll let you know
