Truck doesn't miss or anything, but tach bounces after driving maybe 15+miles on and off after warmed all the way up?

It's probably a bad cluster. The tach gets its signal from the ignition control module, so unless you have some issue with starting, it's probably a problem in the cluster. Maybe the stepper motor at the needle.
