thought this would be interesting because the legality of certain decisions keeps popping up. these go on the front of trains, the ones that blind you if stared at:

76 volt, 400 watts. a voltage booster might make it work.

A 15,000 watt IMAX lamp might work, although the cooling requirements are just short of insane, and the amount of warm up time for the capsule to get to full output.

Phillips makes bulbs for IMAX projectors.
