How many have done it, and which one did you use. I bought the AC/Delco upgrade for my 98, very nice unit and easy to install. Noticed a little better throttle response.

I did mine this time last year, also used the same Delphi unit as you. Didn't notice any difference in the performance, did do a 1mpg on average better due to clean non sticking injectors but that was to be expected with old restrictive CPFI.

I did it on our 99 burb, noticed smoother running, no other difference, but it's a definite upgrade from the original piece of crap!
