Unfortunately "Cheap" and "Good" don't usually go together when it comes to speakers. If I had to pick between the two that you posted, I'd pick the Kickers. Personally though I'd get something nicer like the Polks. I've used a couple of Polk plate 4x6s like the ones posted below and loved them.

I'm not entirely familiar with the older interiors, but aren't those 4x6s going to be the only two speakers in the whole cab? If so I'd much rather do it once and do it right. Those Polks would probably keep up with a sub pretty well if you ever decide to add a sub and tune most of the bass out of them. If you ever want any real bass you'll need to do that anyway, even the nicest 4x6 or 4" won't have much output at all below 100hz or so. As another option, you could use a nice set of 4" components with a separate tweeter and an adapter plate. Something like this.

The advantage of a setup like this would be the ability to custom mount your tweeter and direct it toward you for better sound. Usually the more expensive route, though. Those Focal speakers are just an example, cheapest set of 4" components I could find on Crutchfield. I run a setup just like this for my truck's rear speakers with DLS components and it's great.
Realistically though, if you're just looking for something cheap then I'd at least try and find something with a rubber surround instead of foam like the ones you posted. Like Sewlow said, they'll last a lot longer. FWIW, I run all Kicker KS series in my Suburban and I'm very happy with them, and I consider it my budget stereo. Here's a link to the 4x6s from that series.

P.S. - Worth mentioning, I use Crutchfield for all my car audio fitment research and some other things, but I rarely actually buy anything from them. They're usually pretty overpriced. Once you find something you like, punch the model number into eBay or Google shopping and buy from there.
