Holy moly I just looked up those Taylor wires and they are really really expensive. I hope they work well for that price. What kind of experiences have you guys had with them?

I'm going Taylor when I get around to ignition. Trying my hardest to use American made parts, but its way harder than you think to do that. Even some acdelco parts are made in china especially braking components. I had Taylor 10.4's on my old mustang and I loved them.

I have been running them for years, dad had a set of Taylor Spiro-Pro's on his 427 for over 10 years, worked great, changed them when the 396 went in his car just for sake of changing them.

I haven't changed my '96 wires yet, but when i do it is getting Taylor's.

I don't remember mine being very expensive, in fact I think they were cheaper than AC Delco. I think they were only $35 at the most.

I run Taylor wires, (40$ set) they were not very expensive comapred to delcos, which is also reccomended
I run a MSD cap and rotor (brass or copper contacts=no corrosion like the alum)
ACD Rapidfire Plugs work the best in my truck, I have to replace some every 25k kms, so they are also much cheaper than the platniums
MSD Ignition box, it came with the truck I notice no difference running it or not.
Stock Coil.

Never ever buy MSD Wires. I've had nothing but terrible luck with them.
ACD Plugs are reccomended for stock/mainly stock. after that you gotta test and see whats best for your setup

You have no need for 10.4mm wires, get 8mm. (High-Energy or Spiro-Pro)
