Has anyone ran them in these trucks? All the videos I've seen show them on engine stands, so I'm wondering if you guys have seen anyone do it or if you've even heard of them

Enormously too complex for most vehicles. They're a plumbing nightmare. And they make servicing other parts--transmission, oil pan, oil filter, etc. more complex.

180-degree headers have some advantages. So do flat-plane crankshafts. No-one wants to talk about their disadvantages, though.
