single to dually conversion

I am planning on converting my 1994 single axle 2 wheel drive c3500 to a dually. Do any of you happen to know if the ball joints and spindles are the same on these trucks? any of you completed such conversion?

The ball joints appear to be the same. I believe the front spindle and calipers are different though.

Rear axle and brakes are different.
