Sierra Gt z73?

So I was walking home today and I found on the side of the road a (96-98) GMC Sierra. It is marked Sierra Gt, and Z73 instead of the regular Z71. It's for sale. Anyone have any info on this package?

Did you snap some pictures? Was it 4x4 or 2wd? I know some had different packages, never really marked them on the boxside. It may be a towing package, and someone put it on. Don't think they came factory with it...

I saw one that said Z42 and it was a stock old rusty 4x4

If it's a true sierra GT those are somewhat rare. Those z73 stickers are not OEM however

Every Sierra gt I've seen has had a nice interior with wood grain trim and a flip down console. If it was a normal beige interior, I doubt it's a true Sierra gt. Someone was trying to either look cool or polish their to sell it...
