Shackles or blocks?

I recently put 265's on my k1500 and am thinking about a mild lift.
There is a kit that uses torsion bar keys and shackles, any advantage over blocks?

well the torsion bar keys lift from 1-3 inches the shackles are 1.75.

Or you could do what i did and get 3 inch blocks and crank to level. Or rack, all in stance you want. B/c now i can tuck 285/75/16. With no rubbing.
