Hey new to the forum and thought I would show my truck to ya.
This is a 1998 Chevy 1500 Regular cab step side Z71. Bought it around a month or 2 ago and its kinda a slow project. It's got the 5.7 Vortec in it and an auto tranny. It's got close to 168,000 miles on it. I paid $2,000 for it so I think I did pretty good.
Planning on painting it and a lot of other things. Here are some pics that I have taken since I bought it. I do have a new hood and fender so yeah don't point out the obvious.
Right after I bought it.
Doing an average racing stripe paint scheme on it I think. Just testing to see if I like it with some masking tape.
Free exhaust tips from my uncle polished up nice.
