Final update here:

Still no cutting off while driving; ignition module appears to have been the fix for that.

After replacing the cracked spark plug on cylinder #4, the stumble at idle disappeared for several days. A similar stumble returned several days later, which I finally tracked down to an arcing wire on cyl. #3. They were cheap wires, so I'm upgrading to some Accels or MSDs soon.

Last but not least, I have a minute amount of oil creeping onto my plugs now, so obviously now we're getting ready to do seals/rings at some point in the future. Lol.
