Rough Idle and bouncing tach while coasting.

Tach will bounce around a bit while idling especially when cold, then it kinda evens out. Then while coasting to slow down, it bounces. TPS maybe? Thanks.

Maybe your E.G.R. valve is slightly hung open. Run it for 10 minutes idling and see if it gets hotter than surrounding parts that would indicate exhaust flowing through it, which should not happen sitting there idling.
