They must have made the steelies fit tighter to the hub. I have the factory alloys on my Tahoe and Suburban and both practically fall off when the last nut comes off, both front and rear. I have to wiggle them around a bit to get them over the hub during reinstall, but I've always had to hold the bottom on with a foot while I put the top nut on or they'll flop around. And they always get pulled up a hair when I run the top lug in.

Given what I've seen on my two rigs I'd have no concerns running ops wheels with those conical nuts, and I plan to do the same with some Cragar Soft 8s in the near future.
