Seeing as how Ive been rear ended 4-5 times in the last two years, Id say bumper X1000. You can easily replace a bumper, body work sucks, can you imagine having to re-do your bed corner??

Roll pan is where it is at from an appearance stand point! If you know what your doing, you can make a roll pan pretty damn beefy from behind also!

I've been rear ended twice by newer *plastic* cars and once by a laid down motorcycle. Bumper. Clean chrome with body color bedliner'd plastic would be my choice.

make a bracket similar to to the bumper brackets weld a peice 3 or 4 in c channel to the end of em so that its behind the roll pan

nono... please dont. i really dont see the apeal in the NBS bumpers on our trucks...
