First off, is the glass on a manual and electric operated mechanism the same? If so, what is the best way to remove the glass, I've never removed door glass with a single pane (as opposed to "wing" windows). My donor Tahoe has factory smoked glass and I want the glass for my crew cab. I tried finding it via the search, and on youtube too. Thanks

Ok the rear door glass on a Burb or crew cab is held in by 2 small bolt's, they are very easy to remove, remove the door panel then get the window at a point where you can see the 2 bolt's and remove them, then the window will lift up and out. I have never done a Tahoe, but I bet it's the same.
