Well Im finally bagging the bag of my 98 single cab. I have come to the point or where I need to do something about the gas tank crossmember. I was just going to section the stock one but Ive decided to build one because Im building a custom wish bone. I was wondering if anyone had some pictures of some crossmembers to give me an idea on how to build mine.

mounting a bag off the side of a bar is a bad idea. the bar is constantly trying to twist the bar and will kill the bushings eventually. If they are cheap Daystar bushings they will get spongy before tearing. The best way to run a lower square bar on this frame style is to move the front mount out farther and angle the lower bar back to the axle to get the bag in the middle.
