Forgive me if this has been posted, I've searched for over an hour now didn't find quite what I was looking for. I have a 1990 Sierra 1500, standard radio and cassette. The radio still has the ignition "scream" when it's on. How do I fix that? Will the in dash cd player out of a later model GM 1500 fit where my cassette unit is now? I don't like the look of an aftermarket radio so that's out, and I would love to take along some of my cds from time to time.
