Long as the speaker is getting a signal they'll play, although they will generally sound much better mounted.

This is right same with subs

Ok so obviously its something wrong with radio it comes on then it will go off after a few minutes and you have to turn it off for a while then you can turn it back on but after a few mins gone again

Loose power wire maybe? Fuse possibly? It's hard to tell without seeing it unfortunately.

Def not fuse im prob just gonna have an aftermarket put in

Possibly too big of speakers for your battery. An amp could help
