These are some of my paycheck eaters. My 57 has a fresh 283, the 64 c10 was my dad's. It sports a iron head 496 big block. The suburban is a 85 and was given to me from original owner. It currently has 24000 miles and its a 6.2 diesel. And the mercury comet is a 61. I haven't got it going yet, it's complete and been setting for 30 plus years.

Yeah I know what you mean. Trying to get that 57 done up to be my daily driver. I gave up on new cars with new car payments. I could drive that and get way more cool points without depreciating or caring if I run the miles up

I had a 42 Ford Jeep CP2 (I think), when we lived in Merrill OR. I put a GM long block 283 in it with Bronco high back bucket seats, 11/15 Ridgerunner tires, Pontiac power steering, anong other stuff. It was white and instead of "Renegade" I had "Savage" painted on it. That thing was fun - wish I'd never sold it. Enjoy yours!

I'm my defense, the Impala and the Caravan are hers, and technically the F150 is too. I got it from her cousin and slated it "for farm use only" She owns the farm. She's the brains, I'm the brawn. As for the wheelers, we have a large extended family that all need something to ride on the trails, so I'm encouraged to get toys.
