So holy hell a lot of mods this winter/spring. a lot of which cant be seen in the pics but god it was nice to pull her out of the shop today. Shes finally ready (for now) to be hammered at Vermonster this saturday and sunday in Bradford VT. My mods since January:

Offroad Designs High Steer kit
Hydraulic Ram assist steering
Trailworthy Fab Hummer H1 Double beadlocks
UCF 14 bolt heavy duty dif cover
Repaired all my body mounts mounting surfaces welding in new steel and replacing body mounts
Body lift Removed
Rocker panels removed and capped off with rectangle box steel
Rock Sliders fabbed out of .25" rectangle box
All body rot on cab corners repaired with new steel
Fenders trimmed, and entire front clip narrowed 12", inner wheel housings eliminated
Battery relocated
Fabbed up new winch bumper to fit new narrow front end
lowered rear shackle height one inch
Molded racing seats with 5 point harness

Lots of ****. soon to come is a stinger for the winch bumer and lights. An exocage to be done in the fall probably. But here she is for now.

Thanks man. Added my race number (its always the same) and some lighting today and my turn signal corner lights lol. Truck is ready. Tomorrow I'm Vermont bound to see how she holds up.

I really like your truck too, its sweet! Surprised thats all it weighs though, pretty sure last I weighed my 98 it was 5500. Are you running your.factory t.case?

Yes I love the np241. It works great and they are cheap and very easy to replace and work on. I cut a lot of the original truck off (frame and a lot of body) so the weight evens out. The doors alone are a couple hundred pounds. And you would be amazed at how heavy the bed is.
