Photoshop Color Change?

would like a color change...(if possible, i hear white is difficult to change) Lt Quazar Blue or Synergy Green.

Heres the blue the green is a special color so its not in my old program at home il try to get the green up but it my be a bit

thanks for your time and skills. This gives me an idea on what "blue" would look like. Green is my favorite color..but blue is cool too.

Yeah green is kind of hard especially from that angle because the Synergy Green is three diffenrent shades it only shows two from the side. for some reason it wont let me put the pics on here so heres a website with the green. If i could get a 3/4 view it would look much better.
