I love the pale green color of my instrument cluster. It's nostalgic, reminds me my father's multiple C/K trucks he owned, my other old 90s GM vehicles. However, I hate how mismatched all the lights are inside. The cluster is pale green, the headlight switch and power mirrors switch are both a NBS blue color, the HVAC is white but it's not too bright so I tend to give it a pass. Then there's the dash 4WD indicator that looks like someone swapped in some high-powered led headlight bulbs in there before shipping it from the factory.
A phone picture doesn't quite capture the differences, and I think I had the brightness dial all the way up when snapping this picture. Even then, the 4wd indicator looks super bright.
The 'NBS blue' colored switches--ignore the window switch that's nearly completely worn out but I'd like to match its color as well.
I've seen green LEDs but they're a bit too harsh (and too pure green). Is there perhaps a hybrid solution (i.e., LEDs for the smaller micro bulbs paired with some kind of film)?
