Parking Brake Handle Attachment

I bought a new parking brake handle for my 93 and I can't seem to figure out how to attach the cable end to the pedal assembly. There's a small hook looking piece of sheet metal but it doesn't seem secure at all. It was missing the handle when I bought it and I'm having difficulty finding a reference. If someone could attach a picture of what it's supposed to look like it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
