What is good idle oil pressure. After my truck is warmed up it fluctuates around 15. I have a 1991 GMC 2500 305? Idk if that is good or not.

Most 2500's have a 350 but either way 15-20 psi is good, the factory gauges aren't spot on accurate. If you are worried you need to hook up a mechanical gauge.

My truck is a light duty 2500 so it has the 305 and only a 6 lug. But a truck is a truck.

Oil psi is pretty well the same between 4.3, 5.0, and 5.7. The 454 is a little lower and the 6.5 is a little higher.

My buddy had a 4.3L K2500 6 lug in high school with an NV4500. Never seen that combo again.
