OBD2 Elm327 Torque Pro

Any one have this for android? It's a Bluetooth Obd2 dongle. You hook it up and it runs live data through blue tooth to your phone or laptop. Seems cool as ****. I just paid 15$ for mine shipped.
I guess it does everything a scanner does and more.
One day your going to be able to change your cars ecu with your phone that'll be cool.

I use my ELM327 with the free version of Torque on my Droid Global... Works great for codes and it allowes you to follow some engine parameters on the fly. For $15 invested, I can not complain one bit, probably the best money spent.

I'm not sure that it does everything. I can't find the part where it allowes you to set your cam timing on Vortec motors, or can it do a crank relearn. Maybe with a paid version of Torque.

DGA1 There are tons more programs besides TQ on android. But TQ PRO paid version does show cam timing it says. Here is a list in this HTTP

I have a bluetooth dongle on my Laptop so I can use it for PC/Linux based software or on my HTC Amaze.
There is one program specifically for GMs I cant wait to try call GM Mode22 Scan Tool

I've been using this for a while (2+ years), its handy to always have in the glove box.

I've got a buddy whos cluster died in his gmt800, let him borrow the dongle until he did the repairs so he wouldn't let his lead foot wouldn't get the best of him

Worth price. Torque could use an update though.

I'm interested in the GM Mode22 Mrich posted, gotta get the laptop out!

The thing I like about this . Well there a few things that drew me towards it. #1 Cost WOW Cheap huh , Live Data , I love the fact that its open source. Now Im not into writing scripts and what not but this will always be updating and moving forward. Thats cool .
