I found a way to pull brake light codes for OBD1 trucks, but what about for my 1996?

My OBD2 scanner doesn't pull up anything.

Yeah that takes a special scanner that will read the abs codes too. I have a friend that has one and it was 4K$, so I won't be buying one of those anytime soon.
