o2 sensor delete

i have a 1993 chevy k1500 with a 350 and was thinking bout buying headers. i cant find any headers with the o2 sensor bung already on it so is there a way you can delete the o2 sesnor and the truck still run fine thanks.

o2 sensor bung costs like $2. Install the header, decide where you want it, mark the header, drill a hole in said header, install o2 bung. Weld in place. Probably cost $10 max if you took the header somewhere and had one put on it.

Yes. Get rid of the entire fuel injection system.

Or, you could just install the O2 sensor bung like the previous reply mentioned.

In my idea once you delete the O2 sensor your check engine light will go on and it will automatically in limp mode.

Not always. If I remember correctly you can disconnect the O2 sensors after the catalytic converter without any effects on performance or MIL. Obviously that doesn't pertain to this though
