Transmission is in a 94 k1500 and was rebuilt less than 3,000 miles ago and has gm synchromesh in it. It developed a high pitch squeak/chirp in ONLY 3rd and 4th when fluid is warm. The new clutch that was installed makes a growling noise when disengaged. Just looking for advice of something it could be before just changing the clutch and have that not be the problem

That isn't the clutch. The clutch would be growling in and chirping in all gears. Growling and chirping makes me think of a bad bearing trying to spin on a shaft as it warms up. Whoever rebuilt it better check it out and warranty it.
