Hello, I'm lucky enough to have found this forum while searching for the answer to a braking problem on my newly acquired 90 Chevy C 1500. Turns out it's very likely to be the dump valve that's making my pedal very low and spongy feeling. Thanks for the reference to how to remove that "crappy" dump valve. I'll let everyone know how it works out. Great to be here, looking forward to more fun and learning about my C1500.
