whats up guys i have a question on what shocks that i should get. i have a 92 z71 with a rough country 3 inch suspension lift (the old one) and i am running 33/12.5 tires. I'm want something that is high quality but not high priced i don't mind spending the money to get good shocks that will last and perform but i don't want to go all out with them.

pics and part numbers would be helpful. and recommended places of purchase.

I'll look. For a winch bumper I would go with a stiffer shock like a bilstein 5100  But that's just me.

I just put Bilstein HDs on my Suburban and I couldn't be happier with them. Ride is nice and comfy but it's super stable through turns, acceleration/braking, etc. Got all 4 on Eshocks for $260. I'm at stock ride height though so you might want to go with the 5100s as mentioned. Get Bilsteins though, you won't be sorry.
