well i pulled the heads on it last night. i had two budies help me and im glad they were there. after working on trucks all day and then going home to do that makes for a long night. i had to take a torch to the passenger side manifold to get it off.... guess that means the stock manifolds are going in the trash. the heads should be offf to the machine shop soon. can't wait till its running again. it got "renamed" the "ugly duckling" by one of my friends last night.
