fan shroud went on yesterday, some touch ups and then installed my gauge and radio trim I painted awhile back...

jambs are done now. new bushings installed, just have to put the doors back on the truck.

started having fuel issues so i tore down the TB to rebuild it and also dropped the tank to completely clean it and get rid of any bad gas or dirty gas. The sending unit is junk due to rust so I'm going to chane it..

started on the ultimate tbi mods since I had it off.

not sure if I'll do the shaft mod or not.

and the tank removed yesterday.

you can easily see the one twisted/broke line, the other two are broke loose from the sending unit, not to mention at the end my gas hand woul dbouce and drop lower then it should and stay and such, so hope a new sending unit fixes all of that.

sending unit came in today, hopefully get it in this weekend maybe, or sometime soon as well as rebuild the tb after cleaning it.

well got more done today finally.

I had to cut the bolts off the gas tank crossmember but it's off now, and I cleaned all the tb stuff up, injectors and all, then put it all back together. I just have to install it on the truck. I also painted the tank one coat, going to throw on another tonight or tomorrow and also do the crossmember for it.
