I took it all back apart again and here is what I learned.

The inner posts adjust the left/right position of the headlights, while the outers adjust the up/down position. The reason my left one was sticking out was one of the post was misaligned.

Anyway, I will readjust them tomorrow. Just a noob error.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone.

Next thing its got coming is Hooker longtubes and a Black Bear tune. The money is sitting in my checking account just begging to be spent, so the mods should be underway by the middle of next week.
