I'll prob stick with a l31. I don't have the money for a 5k motor. Plus another 1000 for misc parts. If I do the motor I would like to do tranny and rebuild the transfer case. So to do all that at one time I would be well over 10k. With the 383. Even tho I would like more power. Prob look into ordering a l31. Possibly cam it. Which ones. Any suggestions?

Run the ht383 cam is good for a 350 to an best part is no machine work on the heads.

Before I'd drop 5k on the ht383 I'd ls swap first.

So the cam for that motor will drop in? What else would I need to do? What kind of gain would I get.
