More Horse Power

I have a 91 GMC 305 I was wondering what are some easy ways to add horse power.

LS swap.

But seriously, I doubt any bolt-ons are really going to help you that much. Especially on a 305. I've done just about everything you can do to my Vortec V6 truck without opening the engine up, and the only thing that made a real difference was the tune from Black Bear. Considering you have a TBI though, a tune is going to be more invloved/difficult. I know nothing about tuning TBI stuff but I'm sure plenty of folks here do. Might want to check out TBIchips.com.

Headers and proper exhaust.
Base timing and spark lead curve adjustments.

Yeah an upgraded exhaust would be a good starting point then add a tuned ecm. As Mentioned above, check out tbichips.com. Lots of good info there
